ROLE DESCRIPTION
I am looking for the right person to be a part of our sales team. Here at my office, we keep a positive attitude and we do more than just sell insurance. Every customer that comes into this office has a similar but much different need for insurance, so we sit down an explain what the coverages mean in the case of an unexpected event. Although this is a great career, it is challenging, but at the same time. it is very rewarding.I offer more than just an hourly wage. I offer growth potential and unlimited commissions on your income, so YOU decide how much you can earn. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about State Farm insurance products
  • Develop leads, make cold calls from internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Follow word tracks for best results and increased sales
  • Willingness to learn and motivated to succeed
QUALIFICATIONS
    • 1 year insurance sales experience
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
    • People person
    • Self-motivated
    • Money motivated
    • Goal-oriented
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
    • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

BENEFITS

  • Commission is uncapped and the more you sell, the higher the commission % increases

Compensation $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
