Position Overview
I am looking for the right person to be a part of our sales team. Here at my office, we keep a positive attitude and we do more than just sell insurance. Every customer that comes into this office has a similar but much different need for insurance, so we sit down an explain what the coverages mean in the case of an unexpected event. Although this is a great career, it is challenging, but at the same time. it is very rewarding.I offer more than just an hourly wage. I offer growth potential and unlimited commissions on your income, so YOU decide how much you can earn. Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
  • Cold call on leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services modified to fit each customers individual needs

Requirements
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

  • Ability to get Texas General Lines Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health licensed
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
